The Short Version

  • This website is an informational brochure. It has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking technologies of any kind.
  • It has no forms and no accounts. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about visitors.
  • We do not collect health information on this website, and visiting it does not create a patient relationship.
  • All patient registration, communication, and care happens on the PushHealth platform, which is governed by its own privacy policy and HIPAA safeguards.

Introduction

Jiffy Health LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates jiffy-health.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not handled when you visit the Site. We have deliberately built the Site so that it collects as little as technically possible.

Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike most websites, this Site does not:

  • Set cookies or use local storage on your device.
  • Use website analytics services (such as Google Analytics) or advertising/marketing tags (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or TikTok Pixel).
  • Use session-recording, heat-mapping, or chat widgets.
  • Load fonts, scripts, or other resources from third-party servers.
  • Contain contact forms, sign-up forms, or user accounts.
  • Ask for, receive, or store your name, email address, phone number, health conditions, or any other personal or health information.

Because none of these mechanisms exist, we do not build profiles of visitors, do not know which pages a particular person viewed, and have no visitor information to sell, share, or disclose to anyone.

Web Hosting and Server Logs

The Site is a set of static files served by a third-party web hosting provider. Like virtually all web hosts, our provider may automatically record standard technical information about requests to its servers, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request, in routine server logs used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the service running. These logs are held by the hosting provider under its own privacy policy, are retained only for a limited period, and are not used by us to identify, track, or market to visitors. We do not receive or review this data in the ordinary course.

If You Contact Us by Email

The Site lists an email address for general questions. If you choose to email us, we will receive whatever you include in your message (such as your name and email address) and will use it only to reply to you. Please do not send medical or health information by email; if you are a current patient, use the secure PushHealth messaging system instead.

Health Information and HIPAA

This Site does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI), and simply visiting it does not make you a patient or indicate anything about your health. Because the Site uses no tracking technologies, no information about your visit is disclosed to advertising or analytics companies.

When you click "Get Started" or a similar button, you leave this Site and go to PushHealth, the HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform through which Jiffy Health providers see patients. Everything you provide there — including registration details, health history, and messages with your provider — is handled on PushHealth's systems and is governed by PushHealth's privacy policy and notice of privacy practices, which you should review before registering.

Links to Other Websites

The Site links to PushHealth and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Once you leave jiffy-health.com, the other site's privacy policy applies.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and, as described above, does not collect personal information from anyone. Questions about pediatric care should be directed to us by email or raised on the PushHealth platform.

Your Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because this Site does not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, sell, or share. If you believe we hold personal information about you, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever add features that collect information (for example, a contact form or analytics), we will update this Policy first and change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
