Generally, yes — telehealth is considered to take place wherever you are physically located, so you need to be in Delaware (or another state where our providers are licensed) during your visit. You do not need to live in a particular city; patients from Wilmington to Rehoboth Beach and everywhere in between use the service. If you are traveling or temporarily out of state, contact your provider first — rules vary on a state-by-state basis.
