Yes. Jiffy Health providers are licensed to practice in New Mexico. After a telehealth consultation, if your provider determines a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to the New Mexico pharmacy you choose. Controlled substances are not prescribed through this service.

Generally, yes — telehealth is considered to take place wherever you are physically located, so you need to be in New Mexico (or another state where our providers are licensed) during your visit. You do not need to live in a particular city; patients from Albuquerque to Roswell and everywhere in between use the service. If you are traveling or temporarily out of state, contact your provider first — rules vary on a state-by-state basis.

Any licensed pharmacy in New Mexico that accepts electronic prescriptions — national chains, grocery-store pharmacies, and independent pharmacies — plus mail-order options where available. You choose the pharmacy during registration and can change it later.

Jiffy Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Many patients use FSA or HSA funds; check with your plan. Registration and messaging are free; the only charge is when your provider writes a prescription, and that fee is shown before you commit. There are no contracts or subscriptions.
